<5-2-12> I’m thinking about getting rid of this page because it’s hard enough for me to blog a lot like people want and then go in to my separate pages and write. I’m thinking about it more and my fitness/likes/me/motivation posts will still show on my main page.
<4-26-12> It was my moms B-day today. I took her out to breakfast and was scared I wouldn’t be able to find anything truly “healthy”. Not that splurging every once in awhile is bad but I save that for my weekends…SUN-DAY-FUN-DAY! ok back on topic…found an egg white scramble with parsley, onions, and dark turkey. Was delicious and satisfied my meal needs.
<4-25-12> My friend Kels made a really dank dinner for me tonight. Potato Pizza or something, I’ll try and remember to ask her what it was. Super good and healthy. She slaved away for a good 45 minutes. What can I say, I’m lucky.
<4-24-12> 1st three days I had terrible headaches. Withdrawals from the HUGE amount of dairy I used to consume maybe..I finally feel much better today and more healthy in general. I am able to concentrate on studies and plan my day better. Still need study improvements. Killed it in the weight room this morning (Shoulders).
<4-20-12> Start healthy diet plan. More snacks throughout the day. Protein, good carbs, lots of water.
